Kled jungle is incredibly weak early on in his ability to clear camps, making him probably the most susceptible champion there is to counter jungling and early cheese ganks. This was almost done purposely by the riot team as a means of avoiding people playing kled dipping into the jg int he middle of a fight to go get skarl back. For all the riot posts i've seen "encouraging" people to try new things, they've really pigeon-holed this champion to one set role when his entire kit screams "LET ME JUNGLE." The fact of the matter is that if you are in the middle of a team fight and you can limp away into the jungle with your 285 move speed as kled, you were basically out of combat anyway. Any successful Kled jungle games revolve around the fact that people haven't figured out that pre-level 6 he is utterly incapable of a healthy clear and the ability to defend his own jungle. If I saw a Kled jungle, I would be starting on his side of the map and I would clear my entire jungle and half of his before he even finished his red side (And he will always start red side because he can't clear without the crug stun from smite).

If you play against jungle Kled, play shyvanna, nid, udyr, ww, or anyone else with a half decent jungle clear time and just steal everything and you will make kled jungle unbelievably useless. Keep doing this till riot sees everyone who enjoys Kled's overall game play complain enough that they allow him to have a healthy jungle clear.
