Janna mini rework

Janna R is mostly used for peel rather then heal usually, with that being said why wouldn't we try to make it so after Janna's initial knock back enemy champions that try walking threw her ultimate are slowed and the heal can be reduced a bit.. As Janna uses wind magic it would be perfect for her entire kit..

She needs some kind of power gating on her E, though.

I was thinking the knockback could deal at least 100 magic damage and then slow enemies, but I think the healing should stay the same.
