The Perfect Community?

Hello Summoners, I "Nyndo" have been looking for countless of communities throughout the years and most of them seem the same or just not afk. Obviously in order to grow you must be dedicated so the whole reason of this post is to get advice, tips and any other information that can help me make a great community.

I am also looking for staff members to help me create this community so please feel free to take a took at my application.
