New Game Mode (Idea)

Hello Guys this is my first time here. The reason why im here and want to tell you something is because I have maybe a kinda funny idea. I thought about a new game mode and if you like the idea I´m going to tell you now, you can try your best so maybe a worker from RG could see that. So about the mode. The idea was kinda like a 1 in a chamber. It doesnt really matter what champ you´re going to pick because every champ gets random skills. sound stupid but when you get a kill, your skills change again random. I just thought about it sometimes and thought it could be funny. If you agree you can write more tipps for the idea and help me to let RG see this. (And i want to say sorry for my english skills, I know Im not the best but I hope you unterstand what I want to tell you)

Apart for animation problems,this could be unsatisfying and rage-inducing for a lot of people:

What would be some skills? Some champs are melee, some use guns, these "skills" would have to work with their animations/weapons.

This sounds somewhat similar to the choose your own skills gametype in DoTA2. I think the game type similar to that would be awesome.
