Okay it would be a very complex champion with an extremely high skill cap. Is a melee champ inherently.

Passive - Form Points: The champion uses a Form Points bar in place of a mana bar. This bar start empty. Every 3 second he gains a Form point passively. He also gains 2 Form Points every third time he does damage, and gains one Form point every time he takes damage.

Q - Blade Throw: The champion hurls his blade in a skill shot fashion damaging all enemies it passes through. Scales with both AP and AD.

W - Movement Boost (Depends on Form): No Form: Short range roll (about the size of Vayne's roll) that gives a defensive buff. Berserked: Medium range (double the short) leap knocking up enemies at target location. can be used as a wall jump. Enlightened: Active: Medium ranged dash. Passive: Movement speed buff, ability to walk through units. Exalted: Throws his blade, dealing physical damage, and it is stuck in the ground for a short time. If he reactivates the ability, he trades places with his blade. If anybody grabs his blade, they are pulled to him. This works both before and after he trades places. Note that he cannot trade places if someone has already been pulled to him. Omnipotence: A single charge cast, that you only receive when you mark someone as judged. It instantly dashes you to the marked target anywhere on the map dealing a load of damage. Broken Spirit: After using the dash, he is left vulnerable, becoming silenced for 2.5 seconds as well as rendering him susceptible to additional damage, and increased duration of any form of cc.

E - Roids(until we come up with a better name): Feeble: (still working on it) Berserked: Every time he auto attacks, he does a second strike that does (.25/.3/.35/.4/.5) his attack damage. Enlightened: He gains attack speed, and his autos do bonus magic damage. He also becomes ranged. Exalted: Does sweeping attacks that damages all enemies in a cone. The further away from him the enemy is, the more damage he does, has a short range. Omnipotence: He lunges each of his blades into whom he is attacking, If he gets five auto attacks off on a single target (resets if he changes targets), he marks them as Judged. Also he becomes ranged.

**R - Form Change:**He spend his entire bar of Form Points and enters an invulnerable state for 5 seconds and allows you to choose which form to go into. Changes q,w,e, and r abilities to Berserked, Enlightened, Exalted, and Omnipotence respectively. He remains in the selected form for 30 seconds. If he enters Omnipotence, he only remains in it for 10 seconds. He begins the game with his ult, but his forms are expensive to enter. Exalted is available once you reach level 6, and Omnipotence at level 14. He also begins the game with Berserked, and Enlightened.

**Jokes:** (Upon entering Exalted Form) "Hah, this isn't even my final form!"
**Creator's Notes** The idea of this champ is to stray away from the other champs whom have different forms in the sense that each form has drastically different play styles and doesn't just fall into a long continuous combo like Jayce or Elise. We were looking to make him both with high skill cap, but also highly compatible with different people with different play styles. Since for the most part of the game, you will typically stick with one form. For example we were designing his Berserked Form to be a top lane AD bruiser/duelist, Enlightened to be a mid laning mage with sustained damage. Then we have Exalted which would be an ideal jungler for gap closing, and good clear time. And finally omnipotence, is ideally a late game teamfight changer, which depending how it's used could carry a team to victory, or result in catastrophic defeat. Also were we thinking being an angelic being as alluded to his Omnipotence form in which we pictured him taking the appearance of an angel or even nephilim, he would then tie into Kayle and Morgana's lore. Finally, this is still in its early forms of development and is very susceptible to change.

Also would like to mention the origin of his name. His name is an anagram of Sariel, which in Biblical text is the benevolent archangel of death, but is also known as the Command of God, which also is related to his title "The Divine Executor."
