I would pay triple cost on release for a champion like this The visual and feel from this conept art alone are amazing!!!!! They could make something so COOl from her, does anyone else agree?

Indeed it was a great concept and fills a niche, since Piltover does not have a tank champion yet. Would be great to get something similar in the future.

I completely agree. Ceecee was even hinted at having a personality we have really yet to see in League. Just based on personality, I would be down for having Ceecee in League.
