[SKIN CONCEPT] MEOWZAHAR

Ok so I think there is probably already someone thinking about this concept but yea here I am thinking about it after buying Meowkai.

Imagine how cute and funny it would be if Malzahar's Q is a rainbow, then his voidlings would be little kitties following him (like Meowkai's saplings) and his ult would be rainbow for the channeling and fluffy cloud for the circle part.
