New Champion Concept : Kyo - the noxian archer
Kyo - The noxian archer
The concept is basically and noxian archer that use mercury to kill his preyers. The ide is an ability power magic damage dealing archer that can be played either mid or bot(magic damage "adc". the game play is revolving around q skill-shot arrows and basic attacks.
The colors of the champ are: Red and silver. Base Stats HP: 500+85 per level HP regen: 4+0,5 per level AR: 28+3 per level MR: 32+0,5 per level AD: 48+1 per level AS: 0.60 AS per level:3,5% Mana: 400+50 mana level Mana regen: 5+1 per level Movespeed: 325 Attack range: 600
Passive- Metallic enchantment: Kyo's basic-attacks dose 5+(2 per leve)l(30% AP) on-hit vs targets affected by mercury
Q - Silver arrow: Charge up an arrow over 1 sec increasing it range and damage. While charging Kyo gets 10/12,5/15/17,5/20% bonus move speed but can't change moving direction . The arrow stops at first enemy hit dealing 40/55/70/85/100(40%AP) magic damage, increasing with charge duration up to an 20% increase in damage. Kyo can store 3 arrows at once with recharge time of 20/18/16/14/12(affected by CDR) CDR: 1 sec(not effected by CDR and start at end of cast) Range: 700-1100 Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70
W - Silver shield: Passive- Mercury: Enemies hit by Kyo's spells take 3%(1% per 100AP) max health magic damage over 2 seconds and are slowed by 10/12,5/15/17,5/20%.
Active: Kyo gains a 90/110/130/150(50% AP) shield for 2 seconds and dubble the slow from Mercury
CDR: 16/15/14/13/12

E- Retracting arrow: Passive: Kyo gain 20/30/40/50/60% Attack speed for 2 second after attacking a enemy Affected with Mercury Active: Kyo fire an arrow dealing 50/70/90/110/130(40% AP) magic damage to all enemies it passing through. After 1,5 second the arrow is returning to Kyo and dealing 40/70/100/130/160(60%AP) magic damage through all enemies on its return. Dose 80% damage to minons Range: 1300 Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100 CDR: 16/15/14/13/12 Range: 1100
R- Arrow of Noxus Kyo fires an arrow to the sky that after 1.5 seconds explode and rain down on the ground. Doing 150/200/250(70%AP) magic damage in a circle area which poison anyone entering with Mercury for 3/4/5 seconds and increasing the damage take from Mercury by 75/125/175 %.
