Champion with portals

A champion that can reflect abilities? Like create entry and exit portals, what ever that enters through the entrance(Including abilities) leaves through the exit, these portals has low cast times. All abilities that enter the entrance portal while exit portal is not cast will still exit through the exit portal if it's cast within the next few seconds. Abilities that enters the portals and are not let out are stored after level 6 and are converted to a wave of energy that's x% of all the damage collected and can be casted out by using ultimate. Passive will be somewhat like pantheons, but instead of just dodging the first AA it also reflects a small portion of it. Somewhat like Yukari Yakumo.
