Fix for ridiculous que times

if people not wanting to que for support is the issue with the que times, and im assuming it is. Why not make every person whether they pick it or not have a chance to get support, and if u get support u have a decreasing chance to get it the next game so u dont get stuck with it more than ur friends. I dont see anything wrong with this idea, but i randomly thought of it just now could be issues im not realizing. Even if people dodged when they got support or something you would get games faster after the dodge, something needs to change the ques are ridiculous and im talking about normal ques. when it takes 20 mins plus just to get into a game it really sucks.
