Azir and Kalista Lore
are really lacking, when will they get a nice long lore for us to read?

They DO have a longer lore (I'll dig them up and edit this post later): They apparently want to start doing a new thing of "Short lores in the in-game client, with a link to the website with longer lores", but they're appariently having technical difficulties with that.
