Udyr VU to go along with the splash?

First things first, I really love playing Udyr, but it pains me to look at his character model. Now that Riot has fixed Udyr's splash art, can they really not fix him in game? I know SGU looks great, but you shouldn't have to pay that much in order for your champ to not look like a waddling turd! Anyone got any information or news?
