Mix and Match skins and particle effects

I've just thought of a good idea that would help personalize champs and make Riot a ton of money.

Basically what if you could mix and match the particle effects of one skin with character model of another? (IE Pulsfire Ezreal spell effects with explorer ezreal skin) If you could customize your Q, W E and R to all use particle effects from different skins, people would buy two or three times as many skins, also Riot could focus on making more skins with cool particle effects.

It sounds like a lot of work, but for the billions of dollars you could make from it, I would say it's worth the time.
