New Client Idea for virtual lobbys

Hello,

I am writing this at work and trying to be quick about it but I really feel like this is an idea that could make the game so much better. One thing that everyone in league has in common is we all have our OTP or a champion we bond with. Why is there not a lobby where you can see your champion with a skin that you own and everyone picks one as their "avatar". I think it would make the game so much more enjoyable to be able to see your champion like in "call of duty" or fortnite's waiting lobby.

To take it a step further, you could make it so it creates a little room with a shop like in game and a little news stand ect ect. Also if you want to fire up a game everyone moves there characters around to stand on a platform in the center of the room and it takes you to a playable game. With this you could also incorporate your little legends to follow around your champion in this virtual lobby.

WHY IS THIS NOT A THING.
