Skins and Terrain Suggestions/Concept

Hi guys! I just had a concept about skins and terrains a few days ago, the idea is if your team have for example five PROJECT skins, the terrain would change into something like the city in PROJECT:OVERDRIVE, and if everyone on your team has pool party skins the terrain would change into the background of pool party splash arts or something like that. It would be so cool since there's so many different series of skins like Headhunters, Pentakill skins Battleborn, Arcade and much much more. I hope Riot would consider this, because it would make the game even better, imagine walking from a high tech city into a arcade, it really would make me want to play the game more.
