skin is such an AMAZING concept. I found this on deviantart.com about a week ago from the original creator, and so I took it to riot in a feedback email. They emailed me back and told me to put it on this forums...so i guess that means they wont be using it. I really think people should overwhelm riot with this skin idea so much that they would HAVE to make it eligible for purchase! This skin is too good to let go of!

I wanted to leave a comment on this quite long ago, so here it comes!
I play Talon a lot and have ALL of his skins. And tbh, they're very much alike, mostly looking like recolors with a changed head. He needs a skin that will change his appearance but keep his main features (coat, blades, hood, swift movement and swift silhouette).
so THIS is what he needs, because Talon is recognized very well in this one but the skin makes him look very different from classic one at the same time. Like Arcade 
, hazmat 
, mafia 
, or all of 
skins.
Also Soul Reaver thematics fit him amazingly because he's a reaper by himself, taking lifes (souls?) from others, etc...
So i WANT this skin so much, it will draw more attention to a quite forgotten nowadays hero.

Talon is a super viable and fun champion to play in League of Legends. Personally he is my favorite assassin. With the recent update he underwent I was sure they would include a new skin for him. I am rather miffed that he has gone so long without a new skin, especially considering the plethora of skins we continuously receive for other champions. I strongly request that Riot make this skin, it is only fair to Talon.
Also, a Project Talon skin would be SICK, and I would give you my house for that.[slayer-pantheon-rainbows]
