Please increase the amount of experience needed to get to level 30 back to where it was.

Hello, I have had some troubling experiences over the past 4-5 days in ranked with players who are level 30 and are not ready for ranked. I have had two games in the last 3 days in which there was at least one player on each team who was doing their provisionals. At least one of these people on each team was not ready for ranked. They had neither the micro or macro level play down well enough to be playing in ranked. I am all down with teaching new people how to play, but I believe the majority of the basics should be taught in normals. I also understand that every body is a feeder sometimes, it happens. I have been that feeder, and I'm pretty sure everybody else has in one game or another. But it is frustrating to play with people who do not have enough experience to understand how to group when we need to group, or even to focus on cs in lane.

Please Riot, increase the amount of experience needed to get to level 30 back to where it was.
