Woah, that is actually a very nice idea. I love the dragon wings and the hand.
All of her spells could also work with fiery effects.

Karma needs no Dragon Skin.
Maybe try to Give Karma a casting out of her Mandala onto other people a temporary spell cast into an animal for a small amount of seconds duration from the center of the Mandala she would focus herself inside of for healthy karma time.

I personally want a Pulsefire Karma. I feel like she has a lot of opportunities for awesome skin ideas thanks to her R being a power-up ability.

I like the concept and I love some aspects of the design, but for Karma? I'm thinking it should be a wee bit more elegant/feminine. While a rogue dragon feel like this would be great with somebody with an already established dragon theme, like Shyvana, I think that a skin for Karma should also have that pretty Karma feel. Pretty dragon lady Karma. I don't, however, recommend that being the name. This concept though... makes me want to doodle .-.
I love this skin concept and I love the art.
But this made me think about ideas for Karma.
She needs a Spirit Guard Skin.

I would just remove the wings and tail. Add in scales for skin and longer more curved back horns and I like it. The wings make it look off. I don't mind the tail though, but it might look weird to some.
