About a New Project Skin. (Jarvan IV)

Hello guys, this is my first post and I would like to ask you Riot to consider, if you can, a Project skin for Jarvan IV. I personally think this champ deserves more love, plus the idea of a Project Jarvan is very tempting considering the posibilities in animation and design (All of his abilities, his ult and his sword/lance?). I just feel that he fits right into that Skin theme. What do you guys think? -RogelioIvanR
