King of the Gods Zilean

make a new zilean skin!! base it off of the mythical god Zues, and also change his in-game abilities. have the bomb be a lighting bolt and when he slows or give movement speed have the recipient have lightning flow through his body. and when he ults, make it like a power surge of lightning bringing himself or others back to life! make the splash art different too, have him holding a large lightning bolt with bright glowing eyes and of course make beard awesome! let me know what u think?
