Why isn't 
getting any love when it comes to skins? they could do wonders with a new Taric skin, even if its a silly skin it'd be a step up from his really small skin variety. Let's be honest here, Arclight Taric would be awesome
Because Taric's getting a Visual Update (and rework) right now. Making a skin for him now would mean making the same skin twice.
Because he is too fabulous. He don't need anything else besides those pink legwarmers.
Cause he's getting a huge rework very very soon. So it'd be a waste to make a new skin for his old model, then have to fix it up AGAIN for the rework.

He's getting reworked.
No point in making a skin when they'd have to remake if after the update anyways.
