I'd put money on him getting a new skin for Harrowing this October. There was a threat asking about how Riot chooses to distribute new skins among champions, and a Rioter answered that they typically have an idea of a skin line, and choose from which champions they think would suit the skin line best. (They also mentioned if they really think a champion is overdue for a skin, they will design one specifically for them, that may be made intro a new skin line, or an individual release). The main reason I mentioned that, is because they used Zed as an example for a new skin, and that they've already started working on their harrowing skins. So maybe?
