Summoner Spell Skins

At first I thought you were talking about something like "Flash Karthus" or "Clarity Karma" or something like that and was pretty confused and then I read the post and I'm even more confused.

please can we make this a thing. like the ward skins but for SS. Like a frost queen set and your tp is blue spinning wind your ignite is all blue and frosted over flash leaves a little trail of ice and so on. I would throw so much money at that . Smite would be the best because you could add a colour flash to it so it's like a combo of the jungle item and the skin. Oh and you can have ultimate ones that have sounds and stuff.
