New server for middle east

Hello, I live in the middle east and thought i should share this with everyone and supposedly everyone here would have the same problem. We do not get a ping lower than 80-90 because the servers are too far from here. We have really good talented players that are not able to play properly because of this problem and since most of us a not in that part of age where we earn our own money we cannot move ourselves to a place nearer to the server; shifting to a different country. I have some ideas about how this can be fixed, first of all almost all the players here in middle east speak or know english and one or two other languages (turkish is not one of them) and therefore we cannot play on the turkish server because it only has one language, we are bound two play on the eune server or the euw server where our ping is minimum of about 80-90 as stated above. So i was thinking maybe you guys could add english as an optional language for the turkish server; if the turkish server is actually located in turkey doing that will decrease our pings by a lot because turkey is actually located closer then amsterdam or the other server locations. Secondly, maybe riot can create a new server in uae/dubai and give a fixed time limit for free trasnfer to that server and make sure they provide with an english language on that server too trust me you will get alot of players happy and many more people will take this thing seriously then resulting in a profit for riot gamers. Thanks a lot if you guys read this and please take a look into this matter there are MANY players in just the small part of the middle east where i live so please take a look into this matter as many players wanna be serious but the ping here doesn't help us.
