Summoners Icon and skin of the same theme

I had an unpleasant surprise when I bought Omega Squad Teemo skin. I thought the summoner icon was include with the skin. I honestly think the summoner icon matching a certain skin or a certain theme should be include when buying the skin.

Teemo skin is not the only one, I know the Battle Cast series of skin do have an Icon too.

This is just an idea... Give me your feedback.
