Refunding skins when a champion has been reworked

I honestly think this is a great idea and that many people would agree with me on this. There have been a couple champs where I have bought skins for because I played them a lot, that have gotten reworked. ex. Fiora Ryze Sion. I used to play those champions a WHOLE LOT, especially the old Fiora, and now, i rarely play them because they have a whole different kit or I just don't like them anymore. I feel like I wasted RP buying all the Fiora skins before her rework and a couple Ryze and Sion ones too.
