misleading skin
so awhile back i bought the garen skin (commando) and the art shows him without a hat,now i used to play tf2 and i don't recall having a bills hat on his head in the art,so why does he ingame? could i get a refund maybe?

that's thanks to garen's visual update that made him look worse on every single skin :(
Yeah that'd be because his Visual update they tweaked the way the skin looked in-game and the splash is still outdated.
