How to stop people from flaming

Dear riot, How does it feel to have one of the worst community out there? The most toxic, hateful and racist community out there? Must suck. Well I have a simple question to you, when people flame and go afk in the game, you rightfully punish them with a ban or chat restriction. Well what happens when a player actually is positive and spreads happiness in the game? You give them the useless "honor enemy" or "friendly" honor system reward.

Lets face it, that system is utter bullsh**. Nobody cares about a crappy honor and I know for a fact that the people who flame are treated with extreme prejudice. But those who are friendly dont even get any recognition. Why is that??

Riot instead of trying to scare people against flaming and going AFK, you should try to promote being friendly and more positive by giving better rewards. Something like extra ip or like an ip boost or something like that would go a long way in bettering the community as a whole. People would look forward to receiving ward which will ACTUALLY HELP THEM!!

Please do something about the useless honor system, its way too season 3.
