Proposal for Teemo

Teemo is not viable right now. he lacks a buff. I have 2 suggestions. Passive: (still have his current passive) as an Additional bonus teemo gets full auto attack range at level 11. (matching other marksmen) Or E: now apply bonus magic dmg -> now apply magic dmg. (so Liandry's Torment and Rylai's Crystal Scepter effects apply) just a simple suggestion from a fan.

Would that make him playable? cuz he is not viable botlane becuase of his auto attack range (imgaine having a marksman mid like Corki) and he is not viable top in most cases (he gets rekt) same as mid vs burst champs. Because he cant poke due to his auto attack range.
