Dear riot why you don't release the victorious skin because many of us didn't have the chance to get gold or even weren't playing the game back then.Even make it able to achieve this skins via mystery skins.

Then the skins would not be a value to the people who have it already. The same thing goes for the King Rammus skin I have wanted since I started playing the game. I would rather not have it then everyone have another opportunity to get it including myself.
