God Scroll Ryze - Skin

So how about a god skin for Ryze? You got the idea? Like Lee has his God fist and Jax his God Staff skin. Would be great and nice to see a God Scroll Skin for Ryze :D A shiny glowing golden/yellow Ryze with a god/sanctuary scroll on his back.

Riot doesn't give skins to champion that are the lowest win rate.

They would only give ryze a skin if they are planning to give ryze an another buff.
