Is the game going too fast?

Hey Riot I had a thought about the game going too fast. I really enjoy the game and spends a lot of time on it. You are making champions and reworking them all the time. I know you got to improve the game, but instead of reworking and making new champs, let there be some time in-between realising the next one or reworking another champ. I personally like the skins and the artwork you done, but when there is a new champ incoming sometimes I do not really like the skin and therefore maybe you could make two skins for each new champion that comes out, I know its extra work, but maybe it will pay off. You could also release a new skin after a rework. Just some suggestions, hope you will think about it.
