FIDDLESTICKS REWORK!!!! CONCEPT By Alberto Bernard Aka (THEOFOOL)
_So I was watching Necrit's video on the Lore Potential and his Fiddlesticks segment. I asked myself how can he become more Meta, or at least buy-able and I was thinking that he doesn't really shine anywhere but the Jungle, but even then he gets outshined by other AP Jungle Champions like Diana and Elise. So I found myself trying to make him thematic around his scarecrow design. I feel as though I've made him more interesting from a game play standpoint. I feel like he could fit the role of a mid ranged Tanky Mage that offers great team fight potential as well as great lane and Jungle control. This could help him become more played in the Top Lane, Mid, and Jungle- boosting his dueling and support power. _
I gave him a Fear mechanic as a passive to follow the scarecrow theme. I've completely reworked his Q, and made his W no longer root him, but tether a target much like Karma. However, I've kept both his E and R mostly the same.
Base stat can stay the the same, with a small bump to his move speed to 345 form 335
Passive State Of Fear Range: 1100
Every second, nearby enemy champions and non-epic monsters receive one stack of Mounting Dread for up to 3 seconds, stacking up to 10 times. At maximum stacks, Dread is consumed and applies State Of Fear to the enemy. Enemies affected by State Of Fear run away in Fear for up to 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 seconds and have their Magic Resist reduced by 15 / 25 / 35 for twice the duration.
Basic attacks against Fiddlesticks by enemy champions reduce Mounting Dread by 1 stack if they are afflicted. Enemies can only be affected by Dread once every 20 seconds.
Q Ankle Sweep
Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Mana Range: 575
ACTIVE: Fiddlesticks cuts the will from those before him, dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+65% Ability Power) magic damage and two stacks of Mounting Dread to enemies hit and slowing them by 70 % for 1 second.
_Enemies affected by State Of Fear they take 50% increased damage and flee for an additional 1 second. _
W Drain Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Mana Range: 575
ACTIVE: Fiddlesticks tethers himself to the target enemy for up to 5 seconds, gaining additional movement speed towards that enemy and applying one stack of Dread each second while tethered. Dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (+80% Ability Power) magic damage per second.
_If the target is affected by State Of Fear at any point during this ability, Fiddlesticks heals himself for the 60/80/100/120/140 (+40% Ability Power) and last additional 2 seconds
E Dark Wind
Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana Range: 750
ACTIVE: Fiddlesticks fires a missile at the targeted enemy that deals 65/85/105/125/145 (+45% Ability Power) magic damage and silences the first enemy champion for 1.25 seconds. Dark Wind can bounce up to 5 times, and will prioritize enemies it has not yet hit and applying 1 stack of Dread per hit.
If the enemy is in aState of Fear the silence carry over to the next target and prioritize enemy champions.
R Crowstorm
Cost: 100 Mana Range: 800
ACTIVE: After channeling for 1.5 seconds, Fiddlesticks blinks to the target location with a murder of crows flying wildly around him for 3 seconds, dealing 100/160/240 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage each second and applying 4 stacks of Dread to those caught in the immediate area. If Fiddlesticks scores a kill or an assist on an enemy champion during Crowstorm, the duration is increased by 1.5 seconds.
With these changes I feel like he can make great impact in the early game and he can bring more then just a point and click ULT and a lucky five man silence to the table for his team.
