For a new skin idea, Riot should take some champions and fit them with each class from the anime Fate/Stay Night. Some ideas for skins are Archer Varus Saver Riven Berserker Olaf Lancer Jax

I think it is a bit unlikely to happen, but I would love to have skins in this game which are referencing the characters from Fate/Stay Night!

Depends on whether Riot wants to ask permission to use copyrighted material, and if they'd be interested in a licensing deal. My guess is that it won't happen for just those reasons—they don't have any guarantee that those would sell more than original skins, so it's not worth it for them monetarily. In fact, the Fate series is not particularly well-known in most parts of the world, so people may even be averse to buying skins referencing things they've never seen before.
I do think it'd be cool. Just don't see it happening.
