PROJECT: Xerath

Isn't battlecast pretty much the same ?

He already has Battlecast, which is too similar to project to create a skin in that line for him. Sorry mate

Eh, he strikes me more as a Program than a PROJECT. Sorta evoke the feel of the Process from Transistor.
