new champ idea (only suggestions no values for attacks or for damage <_<)

thinking mayhaps a champion solely focussed on forgetting << sure kalista forgot her past but she still remembers some since thats her driving thing, like she was betrayed << but i want someone thats so upset about not knowing their past that they want to bring everyone else down with them :)

so i know i want a female character (imo there arent enough that arent super sexual) who has like 4 arms 2 constantly holding her head like shes got a super bad headache and is trying to think while the other 2 hold around her stomache like she feels threatened or is unsure about the situation

skill names (bare with me i suck at life)

passive- (madam of distress) character names distress of confusion effects nearby enemies reducing single target damage by 5% (max of 5%)

q- wave of confusion: aimed projectile that loses damage per enemy hit (max hit of 3) upon reaching the end of its range the projectile becomes a totem that will intervally place a movement speed debuff of 5% movement speed to enemies within the area

w-mental torment: active- character name whispers to herself and nearby allies granting a movement speed buff of 10% that grows to 20% over the next 2 seconds

passive: character name whispers to herself in distress about her past causing her to gain stacks of anguish upon reaching 10 stacks her next spell is free to cast

e- scholar of the mind: character name takes control of enemy player for 1~2 seconds causing them to attack nearby enemies (if there are no nearby enemies enemy player will walk away like a fear) max duration of 2 seconds and will take damage every 1/2 second

r- learned truths: character name shouts in anger at figuring out a small shard of her past causing damage to all nearby enemies based on distance those closest to her will take 500 (+ap ratio) damage and those farthest away will receive 1/3 of the damage after receiving damage enemy champions are given the debuff of sorrowful past which will slow enemies by 5-6% movement speed based on range
