What is considered a troll build?

I have had players tell me I am trolling because I will get cull and ancient coin. Usually when i begin I always get gold producing items and i figure cull will make me focus on cs as I usually get rid of it as soon as I have 100 creep kills. I figure if I am intentionally trying to lose the game than I deserve to be reported. If I am simply trying out a new build than it is different. For example I figure if I am Ryze the opponents are going to focus on magic resistance so if I build up ad it will cause problems. The same if I decided to go Tank brand. Playing builds that are not expected might win games. I figure experimenting with new builds in a non ranked game is a great idea and is not trolling. WHat do other players think?

Why are you buying both Cull and Ancient Coin? One rewards you for CS-ing and the other rewards you for missing CS, why would you ever want both of these?

After viewing your match history, I can see why it's considered a bit of a troll thing. I'm not trying to be an asshole, but it doesn't seem to be working for you.

Trolling is defined as actively trying to loose the game. Not not picking the most efficient options.
