Molly, sister of Jinx(Concept)

You guys inserted a certain line into a character that made me very curious, "You think i'm crazy, you should see my sister.". This line from Jinx made me think that you should add her sister. Make her a ability attacker more then a physical attacker. I thought if you added a character model it would be a younger girl, in a straight jacket with holes where the arms come out and tons of bullets and belts. Black hair with one of her eyes covered and it would be long like Jinx'. She would have yellow eyes and tiny little pupils. She also would have a stitched. For her level 6 ability, knowing how insane this girl must be, she drops a nuke on the entire map lowering everyone's current health (including teammates and herself) by 20%,35%,50% so it can't kill no matter what. this would be an insane new addition to the game and her little description would be 'The Sister' as reacting to the 'The Loose Cannon'. Please add in a character like this or somewhere near this we need Molly in the game, so we actually can see her sister.
