Hey- saw this on Tumblr and thought this would make me so incredibly happy to see made an actual skin. Is making a skin a random/ inspiration type thing? How does it work?

I'm totally game for more fanservice Riven skins. Dragonblade was a huge disappointment. I hope her next skin is a fun one...or Project: Riven.

So like, I have never wanted a champion skin so badly. I just got Riven, and I'd fall in love like every single day with this skin! <3 <3 <3
