the creation of an arab server

we, arabs are having a huge problem with the ping/ms in game, it has caused a lot of problems with ranking up and we cant do anything for it, we are trying to contact u about making a server specifically for arabs and near arabs where the ping wont get any higher than 50. but it seems like we cant do that since the closest server is euw/eune and the least it has been for arabs is 90 (tounis egypt, maghrib etc) but in the middle east it never gets lower than 75-150 and its really hard to play the game , we are about 10,000-20,000 arabs that are trying to get this.

This is entirely a logical statement and not meant to be racist or hateful in any way. The fact that I even feel I need to say this is sad though.

It would be a bad move on Riot's part as a company to go into the middle east to create a server. Why would a company want to go into a place where a large portion of the population views anything western with disdain. Americans are not welcome in many middle eastern countries. The same can be said of most forms of western entertainment. If a company that makes the entirety of its revenue from a form of western entertainment were to go into the middle east, it would be a disaster waiting to happen.
