Possible solution to part of the dynamic queue problem.

I want to preface this by saying that there are probably holes in this solution and potential problems that may come up if Riot were to use it but it could be a good starting point and open up some discussion to try and make Ranked play better for everyone. From what I've read and heard about personally, and seems to be a recurring theme around Dynamic Queue and the ability to climb in the League of Legends Ranked system is that because you're not climbing as a Solo Player your actual rank, be it Bronze through to Diamond or higher, no longer really matters or has any value since it's not just you climbing, its you and your friends. This is one of the reasons I personally have been hesitant to do ranked this season, it just doesn't really seem to be worth the time and effort to climb if there's no real worth in climbing for a higher rank. What I've been thinking about to help solve this problem of Rank worth whilst keeping in line with Riots decision to remove SoloQ and press on with Dynamic Queue is to alter the LP gain rates of people that are solo vs people that are queued as a Dynamic Queue group. What this would mean is that if you gained 20 LP a solo player would get 20 LP, but for ever person in that premade group the LP you get decreases by 10% so if you have 2 people in the premade you get 18 LP instead of 20, and for 3 you get 16 LP so on and so forth till you reach 5 people. This means that people that are premade will take longer to climb but they have group communication to take advantage off and solo players don't have that. This probably has some issues that need to be ironed out but i think that it might be a good starting point to try and give some worth back to the rank that people are aiming to get and maybe make the ranked system more enjoyable to play in.
