Need of a New Gamemode (Free Discussion =) )

I love the game modes that are currently offered in League of Legends. Classic 5v5's and 3v3's are the best, I remember when ARAM was announced I was stoked and I loved it. Dominion I was not too hyped about. The concept was good but in the end it was a dead gamemode. I'm sure many people have already theorized this and I would just like some friendly feedback. I feel like League of Legends needs to have a 1v1v1v1v1 Gamemode. Basically a Free-For-All map. Not just for the purpose of online fun but as well as if you ever want to play a challenge with family. Imagine being at a Family Gathering and someone says "Im probably better than you at League." then the typical "1v1 me bro!" BUT then someone else says "I could beat you both." It could become a way for multiple people to test skills all at once. I just feel like this would be a very fun idea to play with and I hope that a member of Rito will read my thread at least, and I would really love any Feedback, thank you =).

I'm open to starting any sort of discussion, I absolutely love concepts and would really enjoy hearing other peoples opinions! =D

The problem with the existing non-SR game modes, as well as any potential future game modes, is that Riot barely supports them. All the alternate maps suffer heavily from neglect and stagnation. ARAM's randomness helps mitigate the issue, but it's not a proper solution (see: ARAM-optimized accounts).

A permanent Free-for-All queue would die just like the other non-SR modes. A custom-only option would still be questionably viable in terms of development and maintenance costs on Riot's end.
