Skin Concept: Crossing Gaurd Darius

I had an idea for a Darius skin in which he wears a crossing guard vest a little yellow hat and wields a stop sign. Instead of Blood drops there would be letters spelling out S T O P !, and whenever he hits max stack a red hexagon appears around the words.

As an addition it would be nice if the skin didn't cost more than a thousand RP like a lot of new skins.
