Skin Idea: Pulsefire Vel'Koz, Jayce, Xerath

Xerath is one of the single most overdue champs in the game to receive a new skin (also two of his are essentially just chromas) and Vel'Koz only has 2 good ones.

Attached is a screenshot of a ticket submitted by me as a way of suggesting the idea directly to Riot. As you can see, the Rioter simply advised posting it here, so I'm doing just that.
