A new champion idea

His name is Haruzhander. The people who have met him know him as the peace maker for all those who go against peace, break, before the might of bliss and order. Where ever Haruzhander goes, prosperity and strength follows. Haruzhander would be a tank-control hybrid, kinda like shen but different. I am thinking his Q would utilize his blade-less sword as a dash or something like that which stuns enemies, and if his dash hits his allies then they get a movement speed and a small attack speed buff. Kinda how Bards w gives allies movement speed, but with a bonus in attack speed. His W I was thinking would probably be a massive shield, sorta like yasuo's max shield, besides it doesnt block tower shots or ulti's, It will however, deal damage over time to enemy units if they pass through the shield. I dont really know what his E would be but his R would be a neutral zone ability. Haruzhander creates a circle around him where know one is able to attack for like 4 seconds. I am thinking his passive would be that Haruzhander is like a walking buff, to all allies, so minions included. I am thinking that his passive would be a stacking buff, like the longer you are around him the more powerful you get up to around 20% more and minions are doubled to 40%. I really want to focus on Haruzhander being a true protector of peace, I want his abilities to reflect his iron-clad promise to uphold peace where war breads.
