Ideas for new runes! Seeking feedback.
Some thoughts on a possible keystone for the Inspiration tree. I posted in a few other threads but would love some feedback from fellow Summoners and maybe even some Rioters. Of course, all numbers are adjustable.

Staggershock Vest: When hit by a hard crowd control effect, its duration and the duration of all other CC effects applied to you within 2 seconds are reduced by 33-50% (based on level). Additionally, nearby enemies are knocked back a small distance and are slowed by 30% for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 50-15 seconds (based on level).

Greenfather's Glee: You can target any neutral or enemy minion, monster, tower, or champion to dash to them, placing yourself at your attack range from the target. You gain 10% movement speed towards the target for 3 seconds. Cooldown: 5 seconds, 20-5 if used on a champion (based on level). The cooldown is reset on champion kill or assist.

Diverse Restoration: Your heals shield your target for 20% the heal's amount for 3 seconds, while your shields heal your target for 10% the shield's amount. Healing and shielding modifiers are 3 times as effective on this effect.
Not for the Inspiration tree, but a thought just the same.
- Malignance: Your targeted abilities and auto-attacks on enemy champions apply a debuff. This debuff increases your damage dealt by 2-20 AD/AP (adaptive, based on level), stacking to a maximum of 5 times. The stacks expire if your target is not damaged by you within 2 seconds. Additionally, upon applying 5 stacks, for 1.5 seconds the target loses 5-10% movement speed, attack speed, lifesteal, and cooldown reduction (based on level) as well as 10-30% crit chance (based on level). Grievous Wounds is also applied during this time. Cooldown: 90-35 seconds (based on level).

Curious Porowl: Your attacks and abilities attract a Porowl to a target enemy champion. The Porowl grants true sight of the target, as well as -3 Magic Resist and -3 Armor per nearby allied champion. The Porowl leaves if you target a new enemy or 3 seconds after the target leaves your vision range.

Sneaky Antlermice: Taking an enemy jungle camp summons an Antlermouse that increases your damage against that camp by [x small amount]. After the camp is killed, the Antlermouse remains, granting vision of the area until an enemy champion passes through, scaring the Antlermouse away. You may have up to two Antlermice active at any one time.

Spirit's Swiftness: After 5 minutes, gain up to 20% bonus movement speed when near a turret. This effect builds over 1.5 seconds. Does not stack with Raptor Cloak. Works with live enemy towers. (Buff shown as a stag/owl that appears near the tower depending on player's side.)
