New game mode idea

Had an idea for a game mode, not sure if it's been tossed around yet or not, I just haven't heard of it...

Nor do I know what to call it, but the idea is to have full build the whole game right from the start. Everyone enters the game and either given enough gold to buy a full build, or eliminate the gold altogether and just let them make item selections in a champ select kind of format? idk... either way.

And as long as we're starting with full build, we might as well start at max level, just eliminate scaling, just make it about the team fights and comps.

Thoughts? Tweaks? Ideas for a name? lol... Anyway I think it would be fun.
