Where do we make skin suggestions? I'd sell a kidney for Plaguebringer Malzahar and his rats.

Timethief492 votesYou can make them here, there isnt really a official skin suggestion website, I think because of potential legal problems, I had the idea first they used it no payout problem.
NlNJAB0B1 votesThat'd be a silly reason. The character is already riot's property as well as the medium in which it's portrayed. If I were to make a skin for their game, I wouldn't really have any legal standing.
Timethief491 votesNot 100% sure about that. Could be, maybe you know more. But for example dota was a mod for warcraft 3 and blizzard still didnt own it even when it was in their game with their assets. Im not in the legal business so idk.
