[SKIN] Private Jinx/ Army Jinx

So, yeah, skin concepts here are really good, and I don't know if someone had this idea already (probably). This is my first try on a custom skin, and has some references. Weapons change: Zap -> Becomes a flaregun, shooting traced rounds. Grenades -> Become simple, traditional frag grenades, that spin in place. Pow Pow -> Becomes a classical minigun with an ammunition box attached. Fishbones -> Becomes a RPG-7 type rocket launcher.
