I was thinking what if there was an arcade ahri where it is ahri with the arcade color template and her orb could be pac man or something and when she throws her q it can do the pacman sound and that is all that i have thought

Could be cool, but it couldn't be pacman. It could be something kinda-sorta similar in a vague way to pacman, but it can't be pacman.

Not unless Riot gets permission from Namco.
